The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had a lovely outlook over the park and city. Location was great, very close to Gare Montparnasse - I needed to get a train and it was a 5 min walk

Great location, helpful staff, AC worked well in exceptionally hot paris.
Having to carry our luggage up to 2nd floor reception, room a bit small.

Location was great. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy access to Gare de Montparnesse and metro. Louvre and muse de orsey and other attractions all walkable. Staff were very nice and helpful
Room was very small. Flight of stairs up to lobby was unexpected.

"Close to a lot of places to eat, and the grocery store called the Monprix. Safe neighborhood, very nice staff, great overall stay."
