The best was team at reception desk. They read and follow comments/wishes mentioned in booking. I had a nice, standard business style room located in the end of hall, far away from lifts and other noises. Room includes tea/coffee amenities. Toilet was separate from bathroom. Big wardrobe. Walking distance to Versailles garden.
Everything was ok, I only missed the magnifying mirror, but had my own, as I expected it.

Great room, very comfortable and clean. Staff great especially Emanuel who helped us park and check in, thank you. Great location. Hydration bar excellent idea.
No outside seating areas that we found.

Great hotel, close to center, close to the castle. Great breakfast. And really great staff, welcoming, accommodating and very helpful. We loved everything about this hotel.

The room was large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom worked well and included shower gel, shampoo and plenty of towels. There was a sofa, coffee table and footstool which meant that we were able to relax without sitting on the bed. The air conditioning worked very well.
The kettle was very small and slightly grubby. Tea and coffee were provided but no milk sachets or biscuits. There was no ironing board or iron. We would have preferred that the toilet was in the bathroom and not separate and with no sink. There was a TV in the room but it was not a smart TV and therefore we were unable to stream programmes that we wanted to watch.
