The hotel is very beautiful and large; there’s a pool with a terrace and sun loungers, and, of course, no bar. The staff at the reception are 10 out of 10 — friendly and always ready to help. You’re greeted upon entering the hotel. The restaurant has a good kitchen and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast caters to every taste, with plenty and abundance of options — it’s really great.

Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, which is for 10€, which is free. The room is not cleaned with high quality, the tray and dishes are not cleaned from the restaurant or are not considered necessary. The trash is cleaned and the floor is smeared with a rag, the towels were covered, the cleaning lady was not very friendly at a young age, they left a tip of 5 €, she just crumpled them and left a dirty wet rag on the children's clothes after that, things had a characteristic smell of rotten rags. The room had a side view of the sea "superior Prestige". The water in the sink wasn’t draining, but after I reported it to the reception, they fixed it right away. For that kind of money, the mini‑bar could be free.

The location. Staff were helpful and very efficient. Friendly. Dealt with problems immediately.

Small things that needed attention. A little it impersonal. Swimming pool not open on two occasions. First one - pool closed - guests not made aware. Also on our last day pool not opened and we had to get help - member of staff phoned the person responsible for not opening. Should have been checked. Concierge was late in taking the luggage from the room keeping our driver waiting.

No electrical outlet for hairdryer in bathroom. Inconvenient location of electrical outlet near bed.
