Excellent rooms, room sized were huge we asked for connected rooms and it was given and rooms across each other with separate entrance.

Breakfast option were little less kids meals was only cereal more option for kids would be better.

Spotlessly clean, staff really friendly and helpful, facilities were excellent room wasn't ready as we arrived before check in but we were allowed to use the travellers room to rest or use the pools or beach. The buffet breakfast was excellent lots of choice for everyone. The room we had was on the 17th floor with great views, very spacious, comfortable beds plenty of clothes storage and fridge in the room. Bathroom had separate shower and bath. Location was about 10 min walk to marina and mall. I Would recommend this hotel.

I checked in at around 2:00 AM, already exhausted, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpet near the door leading outside was visibly damp, and both the blanket and bed sheets felt damp to the touch. In addition, there was a persistent musty, mold-like smell throughout the room. As a result, I was only able to sleep for a few hours before waking up and being unable to continue resting due to the discomfort. This falls far below the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Cleanliness, proper maintenance, and basic guest comfort were clearly not upheld. Such conditions are not only unpleasant but also raise concerns about hygiene. I expect the hotel management to take this matter seriously and provide an appropriate response or resolution.
