El Faro Hotel & Spa

All aspects were excellent - stunning view, exceptional facilities (pools, sun deck areas, restaurant) All staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. Cleaning & room turnovers were fantastic Breakfast exceptional choices & plentiful

Additional charge for bottled water £3 - surely a basic commodity like water should be free or minimal cost. Beds were a little hard / uncomfortable No coffee / tea making facilities in the room - its often nice to start the day with a coffee / cuppa in the room but had to wait to sit down for breakfast before the first coffee! No coffee machine in breakfast area - so had to ask staff every time for a cup (rather than self service) which meant waiting during busy times. All other aspects of breakfast was self service. Milk based coffees were never warm enough. Extra cooked breakfast items (such as salmon to compliment scrambled egg etc) were chargeable (fair enough) but very expensive (smoked salmon £15)

10 out of 10 is not enough to describe the amazing experience that we had in this hotel! This hotel is fantastic and deserves 5 stars!: the overall landscape, the beautiful site and facilities, the size of the room (with 2 bathrooms and 2 wardrobes), the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, the quality, creativity and presentation of the food, the cleanliness, the overall comfort, and the overall atmosphere. We spent one week and were delighted every single moment. Thank you!

Everything was absolutely perfect. A small suggestion would be to include a kettle in the rooms.

Breakfast was great , staff was really helpful and friendly, always very welcoming.
