The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and very quiet. Lovely pool.
The fact that the shuttle bus into town only works in the morning and late afternoon not throughout the day, so it made getting back to The Hotel very difficult as we couldn’t find any Taxis available.

Fancy, and beautiful
The pool was closed. This is why I booked the hotel so my son can swim. The people next door were loud at night, even unto past midnight and can here them through the walls

The space of the apartment was great and the pool and setting really lovely.
The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The restaurant was not manned. We had two tvs in our apartment and neither worked, we asked 3 times for help and there was not response or attempt to solve the problem. We ordered room service and the front desk said yes ok and hung up on us and then the order never arrived. Lacking drink making facilities.
