Hotel SB Corona Tortosa

After booking in and as an after thought, Reception had forgotten to ask fir the Tourist Fee which simply paid in cash ' no receipt provided. Nect day at check out, we were asked to pay Tourist Tax again. When we advised we had paid the fee the receptionist argued that it was not paid and a dispute arose with my wife feeling her honesty was being challenged and a liar. This led to her walking out of the hotel never to return again! We did pay the tax in cash at the time but I should have insisted on a recirpt but I didn't. So mistakes on both sides.

It was a Sunday afternoon when I checked in on my own around 4pm from the UK via Barcelona so an early start. Tjree staff behind the bar busy talking to each other, at 2m tall i was invisible to them and it took 3 /3 mins before an irritable young xas able to provide me with a menu a. When i asked to order a simple Salmon dish and a wine to be delivered to an empty table in the bar area I was told that I had to sit in the Resturant about 3m from where I was sat. The staff were bailey trained and my plate if food was dumped on the table with no oil. bread or lemon and I had to go and lay drink as ir had been forgotten. Dreadful service and attitude such a shame.

Female bar staff were friendly & approachable Restaurant food was excellent in the evening

Male bar staff appeared rather aloof waited more than 30 mins for coffee order despite bar area being very quiet. Also felt ignored at bar on number of occasions by male staff

Poprawny pobyt. Duży przyjemny basen. Przyjemne śniadanie.

Obiekt jest przy głośnej ulicy. Nie da się otworzyć okna z uwagi na hałas. Widok na stację benzynową. Dla nas na 1 noc ok, ale na dłużej nie polecam. Hotel ma parking, ale dla nas zabrakło miejsc. Musieliśmy zaparkować w niedalekiej okolicy, ale w pełnym słońcu. Bez opłat.
