The great hospitality. Marco the bell man/valet was super nice and so helpful. So was Ale at check in. Super friendly and service with a great smile. Drinks at the bar were amazing as well.

The warmth of the lobby and staff. A comfortable clean room. The jacuzzi was ok but small
Sorry but food and beverages were overpriced. Bright spots were the orange juice. I don't mind paying for top quality. They used to be the best. Now they're just typical hotel food, actually a little worse but with the prices of top notch Faire. Very sad and disappointing. They couldn't handle the success. They were a truly fine culinary experience.
