Leonidas Hotel & Apartments

Cannot recommend highly enough!! Simply exceptional. Exceptional facilities, exceptional day spa, exceptional staff. We stayed in the new building which was only a few months new. Outstanding experience, humble family values permeate through everything about the way this hotel is run. Exceptionally professional staff, Olga is outstanding, Katrina is extremely attentive and diligent with attending to the room daily and Ms Despina is a gentle soul who pours all her positive energy into the most amazing spa treatments. A must stay.

Absolutely nothing, we loved everything.

Wonderful friendly staff who went out of their way to look after all the guests. Spotlessly clean. Lovely swimming pool with ample sun beds. Quiet location yet moments from the beach and short walk to the old town.

Not much worktop room in kitchenette area. But not a big deal, the kitchenette was a bonus really. There was building work next door when we stayed but nothing anyone can do about that.

Nous étions dans leur nouveau bâtiment, très propre et bien décoré. Il est situé à 2 pas de la plage. Le personnel est très à l’ecoute.

La télévision est une smart tv pouvant donner accès à netflix (compte personnel), cependant l’application est bloquée, le soucis n’a pas été réglé durant notre séjour c’est dommage.

Not too much to like about this one. Unfortunately we've ordered a room in a base floor. Hotel has a good score, therefore we were quite calm about our choice.

We were looking for a hotel room to stay for one night on our way to Heraklion. This hotel seemed like a good choice because of it's score, but: At arrival to the room, we felt like it was all sprayed over with toilet refreshener. My guess was that they were hiding a bad smell of a room itself - I was right, room had a bad scent. One of the first things we look for at the hotel is cleanliness. We weren't too happy about it ij this one. Room is really close to breakfast area, so if you want some rest, you will be waken up by people shouting out their orders :D, zero noise isolation. Breakfast is far far away from superior, just go to a nearby restaurant to have one. No parking places for this hotel, you will need to park somewhere on the surrounding streets. I really hope this is only our experience and people staying in other rooms are enjoying this 9ish rating of the hotel.
