Location was right in the centre of the city with all sorts of shops & market right at hand.
The property was aging slightly but still in good condition.

The location was great as was central to most tourist attractions. The rooms had everything you would need. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice,
A railing on the steps would be good. They were rather steep.

Breakfast is rather congested.
All points of need are confined to a tight location: toaster, tea/coffee, juice etc.
A rethink of customer flow would be useful.
