I loved that I could do late check in. The room was huge and the bed was perfect!
The water was hot and it had good pressure!
My belongings were ok during my stay- nothing missed.
Bottled water daily :). I also got free toiletries.
I didn’t like that many insects kept entering the room because the door wasn’t closing well enough.
The fridge was making noises and I had to unplug it to sleep.
The bathroom wasn’t clean enough- there were hard water stains in the shower and in the sink. The toilet seat could have been cleaned better( had yellow marks on it). There were spider webs in all corners of the room.
The WiFi was reachable outside the room, not in the room.
The bedding was clean, but had a moist smell.

THE STAFF ARE SO NICE, POLITE, FRIENDLY ... Their behavior is so nice with kids and family, so supportive and helpful especially AYU who treated and cared about my Kids.
AMAZING HOTEL & RESORT... VILLA IS SO NICE.
The architecture of the resort is amazing and ambiance is so quite and calm.
It is recommended for family only the VILLA.
Location is perfect: the hotel is located in a calm street, surrounded by very good restaurants, and just 3 min from Monkey forest.
I would like to recommend to keep the architecture of the hotel as it is with minor renovation of windows and toilets especially inside the standard rooms... so the HOTEL will be the best,

"Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Obrzeża Ubud. Jest dużo ciszej, a w 15-20 minut pieszo można się dostać do samego centrum. Zaraz obok Monkey Forest. Czasem małpki zaglądały na taras i próbowały coś zabrać. ..."
