The man on reception was polite and courteous. The lift was a little tricky, as it is in a nextdoor building, but sorted in the end.
The room was at the front of the building, and the shutters worked exceptionally well
The room was clean and tidy, bed firm, and the bathroom was clean and tidy.
I can't think of anything that i was worried about.

Hotel is small and comfortable, room was not big and bathroom also quite small but ok. staff quite attentive. location is good as we can reach Duomo by foot and come back also by foot, but anyway was taking lots of energy .
room lighting was not enough, we were missing hotel shoes.

Good location, easy to reach.
Very basic room, not even a hanger for your towels. All a bit outdated but still functional. The room was cold but I could put on the heating which worked but made the air very dry. But in the end I could sleep well enough
