All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helped with carrying my luggage to the elevator! Very quiet and comfortable

Beautiful view and property. Washing machine and dryer. Massage chair.

If you are walking it’s a but uphill but that’s what gives it a great view

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The Ryokan was a short walk to nearby stations which made transport convenient. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a budget friendly location and don’t need the nicest amenities. A thin traditional robe and towels are provided. The shared shower is relatively clean and there are two on each floor.

This is not a traditional Ryokan, no meals are included in the stay. The room we stayed in had a moldy smell and was not clean. We did not receive fresh towels and we stayed for 3 nights, even though we did not put out a “do not disturb” sign. The sleeping mats were not comfortable. The bathroom is shared and was not always clean, I’m not sure that the staff cleans daily. Overall this wasn’t a bad stay but we were disappointed. If you are looking for a traditional ryokan, or a cleanly stay, I don’t recommend this hotel.
