Outstanding breakfast and dinner buffets!
Clean and very comfortable beds, good climate control, nice balcony with great view, good clean bathroom and shower.
Excellent Dead Sea beach access, well supported by lifeguard tower, beach chairs, towels and showers.
Very nice personal attention and follow up from Lada, the guest services manager.
Inadequate guest parking on the property; had to pay for public parking one night.
Very high room rate, notwithstanding that this was a peak week for the area.

From the moment, we walked in we were greeted with friendly service. They were very helpful checking us in and getting our luggage to our room. This is my favorite high end hotel at the Dead Sea. They have their own private Dead Sea area with beach chairs, showers and towels ready for us. The food had a large selection and was amazing.
