The hotel was comfortable and quite convenient, being only 10 minutes walk from Loreto metro station. The room and the bathroom were both clean and the facilities were generally very good. The staff were generally friendly and helpful too.
The breakfast selection was a little limited, though the excellent coffee more than compensated!

The room is large and spacious. Location is a five-minute walk to an underground station and a grocery store, along with a medium-sized park in the other direction. The neighbourhood is quiet and urban, and there is a restaurant and gelataria within easy reach. Hotel staff are knowledgeable and will deliver luggage to the room if checking in early. Breakfast is personalized.
On the third floor, so SMALL window. The bathroom is on the small side. The hotel uses a GIANT, medallion-sized keychain that is very heavy. The elevator is on the slow side.

The location is very convenient, close to two metro stations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good, especially the excellent coffee. The room was clean and equipped with towels, bathroom slippers, and a safe. The elevator was slow but functional. One small downside is that there was no kettle in the room. Overall, it was a good stay.
