We didn't eat breakfast because the restaurant was opening later than we wanted. We tried ordering the packed breakfast but we did not like the items that were in the pack especially comparing with the price of that pack
I would have liked to see the restaurant super early espeacially for travelers who intend to leave early.
Also when we got in the parking the first time our car was not scanned in , but later on it was scanned, not sure why sometimes cars are scanned and sometimes they are not scanned.
A bigger parking would also help, its a bit tricky to drive out using the exit gate when you park right in front of that exit gate

Reception staff were so lovely
Professional and accommodating
Staff we encountered as we moved around were friendly and polite
Laundry/ house keeping were Professional and so lovely too
Unfortunately there was a water loss situation
The staff we spoke to initially told us water would be back in an hour
Long story short, we had to go downstairs to shower in the morning

The location is very convenient and central.
The breakfast, general restaurant, and bar service was substandard, with a lot of the items on the menu being unavailable.
