Location, comfortable beds, coffee on hand, decor.
One of the two toilets was out of order, which is never great with a family of five. We would like to have been informed about this!
Also an ant infestation appeared at 1am.
Neither thing was terrible but could be dealt with for the future.

Great location, easy to walk to st marks and rialto bridge. Our appt was spacious even with a 9 year old on the sofa bed. Both beds were super comfy and cool, just what we needed!
Shower took a while to heat up and water pressure not the strongest but this is minor compared to everything else

Location of as great
Check in system was not safe, with the provided code we could open another room. The heater in toilets did not work. The microwave did not work. The individual toiletaries were half empty. The 3rd sofa bed was not comfortable. And we pay a LOT for this booking.
