Great location to tram station and Burleigh Heads. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Excellent kitchen with heaps of appliances and utensils. Quiet and comfortable bedroom. Bathroom and shower great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

The location of this property Was very convenient to the area. I enjoyed the amenities that your property had, pool and spa. The staff were very pleasant.

The unit was a little bit out of date and could’ve had a larger TV but other than that, I was very happy With my stay

The resort is in prime location, right near the beach, beautiful cafes and restaurants. Burleigh national park walk was so nice to walk through every morning. The managers were amazing, they were very welcoming and Iovely to chat to. I don’t blame them at all for the accommodation not meeting our standards. When you are managing someone else’s property and the owner neglects updating the basics to make guests feel comfortable, I understand their hands are tied. They are also dealing with permanent residents who aren’t abiding by the no smoking rules in their apartments which is also very frustrating for them. They do a wonderful job and if it wasn’t for them I would have rated the stay lower. The pool was lovely and clean and my kids enjoyed it.

The apartment wasn’t clean on arrival. Dust on surfaces and in wardrobe. I had to scrub the shower myself to remove the mould build up. Managers were accommodating with cleaning products for me to use. Mould on the roof of the shower area. Skirting boards and power boards all filthy on the top and hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Carpets old and smelly. We were in room 59 and on the bottom floor were permanent residents, one of them is a heavy smoker, so every time we entered the building it absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke which isn’t ideal for anyone let alone when bringing our kids in. We couldn’t leave our doors or windows open without getting the smell come through.
