We had a wonderful stay and experience with Riad Safa from start to finish. Firstly, communication was fantastic, and when I needed to extend our stay by a day early at short notice, Abdel was very accommodating and booked us in right away. He even sent someone to collect us when we were unable to find the location, which was much appreciated. Speaking of location, although the riad is hidden away from the hustle and bustle, it is still extremely walkable to the souks, the main square, and most main attractions. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and I loved that there was so much beautiful space in the riad to just chill out. All the riad staff were kind and friendly, we were always greeted with a smile! Breakfast on the terrace every day was a pleasure, with a different selection of fresh fruits and breads each day. We also booked a hammam and massage with the riad with the loveliest lady, and it was worth every penny especially having it in the comfort and convenience of the riad. Checkout was a breeze and they kindly looked after our luggage as we had a later flight. Without doubt one of the best places I've stayed in and I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Everything. The staff were amazing, so helpful and even more asked us to our dinner spot. The accommodation is beautiful and in a quiet enough location. The breakfast was also delicious. We would highly recommend staying here!

Riad Safa was the perfect stay for us - clean, comfortable, inviting, with incredibly kind and helpful staff, gorgeous roof terrace, good food and an excellent location. Abdel is truly the most delightful man. After meeting us at our taxi, he sat with us over mint tea to give us advice and tips for making the most of our stay, including phrases and recommendations for places to eat. The room was snug, clean, and peaceful, with an excellent shower and everything we needed. We booked the combined hammam and massage at the riad and it was worth every dirham!!!

Such a minor thing that it’s almost not worth mentioning, but as a migraine sufferer I’m very sensitive to scents and the day we arrived there was a very strong cleaning product smell in common areas. I gradually got used to it, so it wasn’t a problem overall.
