Great location, very spacious and clean. They were able to provide a high chair, which was very useful when travelling with an infant. The room also had a full-size fridge/freezer and a microwave. Having a washing machine and dryer was especially convenient.
Overall, it was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Only one staff member was able to speak English. It would be better if more staff members could speak at least a little English to assist customers.

Though there had been some negative reviews, I found this apartment hotel a perfect stay in the heart of Beijing, particularly with easy access to the manoir tourist attractions. Large spacious apartments offer full size amenities if you want a longer stay. Staff are attentive and helpful. It is a rare find in Beijing of this type of apartment/hotel.

Great location, clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed our stay.
The only minor issue was that during the booking process, the room was advertised as having a street view, but we were given a room overlooking the inner courtyard instead. However, this was not a problem for us, as the room was very quiet and there was no outside noise disturbing us.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay

Great location, swimming pool was a good size, well equipped gym and super efficient staff
The apartments are a bit dated. We couldn’t fit our laptops into the safe. Breakfast was reasonably good but expensive, expected more options.
