There were positives and negatives. The layout was odd as the bedrooms were not connected to the rest of the house. They were not attached to the central ac but had individual wall units. The kitchen was well appointed. The furniture, including the beds, was comfortable. The living room fit our family well. The water pressure was awesome. However, the bedrooms were extremely damp and musty. They smelled unpleasant. A dehumidifier is my strong recommendation to the owners. Also the lack of any bathroom rugs or floor mats seems dangerous.
