Met my four standards: clean, comfortable, quiet and super good staff.
Staff helped me wash my clothes, and got me a taxi on my last day to Taipei Main Station.
Free bottled water was nice too.
It is an older property for a budget price so do not expect a Hilton or Holiday Inn.

The staff on duty are all friendly and helpful. Always ready to recommend places to eat or visit. When we needed taxi, they helped order one for us even helping to bring our luggage down while we are still doing last minute packing. Provided bottled water. Umbrella if it rains.
Please be mentally prepared the hotel is quite dated. And it is like a family run bed and breakfast. Don’t expect fancy, posh decor.

Nice Receptionist .very close night market .
The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the water pressure was very weak—making it impossible to bathe or wash my hair properly. There is no elevator between the first and second floors, so I had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.
