Good location. Front desk lady was very kind. They changed the room for senior couple without asking. My room had a good view to namsan tower. I can see sunrise and moon light from my room which was very nice. Free bottle water was a plus too. The room was small but lobby big enough for your group of 10 get together for dinner or planning

The rooms were more spacious than other rooms we had in Korea.
The location was a bit random and away from the fun tourist areas but easy to go a couple of underground stops to get to them.

Great location, staff was friendly and helpful - we got some good restaurant suggestions.
The bed was old and uncomfortable, not ideal when staying several nights. There were no bedside lamps and the light switches were far from the bed.

I really liked the location—very convenient and easy to get around.
The room’s air conditioning didn’t work well, and it was too hot to sleep comfortably. The bed was also uncomfortable and could be improved.
