Our room was right by the lift, the room was scruffy and small
The bedside shelf was broken, there was no tea and or coffee although there was cups, a kettle and a coffee machine. The room was scruffy and in need of a refresh especially the bathroom

The rooms were nice and clean. The facilities were good
The aircond in the rooms was lacking a bit of power, but it was very hot outside. Problem is more Grasse…. Not nice! However you have some gems aroubd that really diserve a visit: Gourdon and St Paul de Vence are beautiful !

No food on offer throughout the day and quality of food for dinner of poor quality. Is meant to be a 4 star hotel?
Hotel not adequately staffed so staff were overworked and slow which was not their fault as they were very friendly and did the best they could under the circumstances
