The information provided about the apartment was very clear and detailed. All the facilities were excellent, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The towels and bedding provided did not match the number of guests. We booked for 3 people, but only enough towels and bedding for 2 people were provided.

Really lovely apartment in Zermatt. Spacious and a gorgeous location - fantastic view over the town and of the Matterhorn. Just be aware that it is a bit of a walk to access the apartment, which includes inclines. The terrace location is why there are such lovely views and there are lifts for some of the sections but not all. Additionally, the area for waste disposal requires a walk down and back up the hill.
