Everything,,no problems at any stage of my stay

The owner was really helpful and friendly early check in was really appreciated and we was able to stay an extra day in the same room at late notice
Bathroom was big
Bedroom was small but bed was really comfy and there was plenty of plugs
There was a rack to hang clothes but only 3 hangers, we wasnt allowed to put cases and bags on it so we didnt have anywhere to put them we ended up having to store them in the bathroom because of room size shower was temperamental for heat
Didn't serve breakfast if they did this would really elevate the place

Tram stop at the end of the road 2 stops to the town
Very nice place to stay , we were a group of 4 and we would definitely stay again
