My late check in was efficient with clear instructions. Bed was super comfy and communal areas were well equipped and cosy.

Facilities are ok, community areas were clean and organised. My bed was clean and comfortable, water pressure in the bathroom is strong, which is a good point. All in all, a good value for money. I'd come back next time as well.

I arrived late on my first night to my room. The ac was not working, there were only fans going in the room. It was super hot, sleeping was nearly impossible. I had to ask for another bed in a room where ac worked, in the next morning. The lady in the reception didn't offer it straight away, and she also wanted to charge me for the original price, but the room with the working ac was a six bed one, and I booked a four bed room. I had to tell her that the prices were different. That wasn't a good experience.

Interior is beautiful, also exterior reflects the traditional buildings in Malta. I was in Penthouse room with private balcony and it was very spacious and minimalistic modern feel.

Very good location close to the centre and main attractions.

I didn't like how was a treated by one of the receptionists. When I checked in she asked me for higher payment than it was when I reserved the room. I asked why the price is different and then suddenly she changed the price as it should be. Without explanation. Then she didn't tell me anything about what and how I can use the kitchen there or spa. All important informations I had to ask and come there back and forth. In the room it wasn't too clean and AC was not working, the solution for that was a very loud fan which during the night time didn't let you sleep. No lockers for the drawers to close your belongings. Also the silence during the night was not respected by the people, the reception is not working during this time so there is no one to control this situation.
