Fabulous location. The apartment was spotless. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient . Lovely firm mattresses on the beds, great for someone like me with back problems . Good correspondence with Pepe the apartment manager.

Great apartment so close to the sea front. Port of pollensa is beautiful. There is a lovely atmosphere and a large variety of restaurants to cater for all tastes. Lovely 2 mile long flat promenade for walking/cycling beside the sea. Very close to Alcudia and Pollensa old town which are fabulous for day trips.
Builders next door one day but rest of week were away so all good the rest of the time. Appartment had everything we needed except an iron. It would also be nice to add some english tv channels.

Brilliant location.? Early access to property.
It needs an urgent update in the decoration and maintenance of accommodation. Peeled ceiling. Leak from air conditioning ( it’s happened before) and poor repairs of ceiling. Shower head needs replacing. The bed linen needs urgent replacement as does the very thin towels.
