Pleasant greeting at reception and helpful tip for finding a restaurant in walking distance. The room was clean. The room I was in did not face the entrance or main street and I found it very quiet.
Bathroom is functional but small. Parking is luck of the draw. The property is overall fine but isn't exactly fresh - or romantic if that is your priority.

Location is fine, parking, WiFi , clean room, nicely ventilated, no noise from outside but you can hear your neighbors like everywhere. Entrance to the room with a code. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. We liked the lighting system in the room. Extra charge for our dog - 5 euros.
Everything was fine, you know what you expect for this amount of money.

The staff, friendly, helpful and available.
The state of the bathroom, black sealant from mould. The bathroom was so tiny they couldn’t even put in a wash hand basin.
People smoking and talking in the corridors late at night.
Motorbikes driving around the area until the early morning.
