Great location and very friendly reception staff. The service was also very good including the transportation.
No place to hang towels in the room after use. Could also have some hand towels.

Private onsen is really good!!!! Breakfast is also very good!! You can call the hotel to arrange shuttle to pick you up from anywhere in Arima village. And thank you the Malaysian staff who help us to arrange the luggage delivery
