Comfortable guest house in an ideal location. Parking can be a bit difficult but the property has a small car park for guest's use. Our room was clean bright & spacious, with a good bathroom. The mini bar in the room was an added bonus with soft drinks as well as a range of wines & spirits. Would definitely stay there again

Attention to detail was great. Decor was lovely and very clean. Very good breakfast. Pleasant lounge with bar, with access to pretty garden.

We loved the fact it was small and personal. There were only 7 rooms so you got to know the other couples whilst there.
If I had to be picky it would be the parking, we did know there was only a small car park so we got there early and managed to park at the house. There are plenty of spaces in the vicinity but a lot of work going on in the properties around so taken up with work vans

Excellent guest house. Stephen and Archie were great hosts. Good breakfast. Close to both the beach and the town centre. Will definitely return when visiting Hunstanton.
