I am very impressed by this hotel service and honesty as I left behind my precious ring in the locker. They happily send it to ITC Mumbai where I collected it with ease.
Ever so grateful and delighted…. Would love to return again.

The size of the room is fantastic, always.
I guess the challenge is with standardisation. This property may not be as impressive as the other ITC properties. The "Oberoi" will be very similar, no matter what city, same with a Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza etc.The same standardisation is missing in ITC.

Because I took the junior suite, I was in the new building, which is modern and looks like a 5-star hotel. I would mention Anish from the kitchen, who made great pasta at the pasta station and made it to my taste (not spicy).
The food is tasty, but the restaurant is not clean, and the staff don't clean when a table is leaving to set it up for the next group. Whenever I got to the table, it was bizarre how they just removed the dirty dishes but left the rest, didn't clean the table, and didn't fully set up for the next group. If you were missing a fork or something, you needed to ask.
They are using a third party as a car service; it was okay once, and not the best experience twice.
