Reposer Hakuba Hotel and Offsite Villa

- Staffs were very nice, they helped us with everything we needed - View from the room was so perfect - A little bit tired if you walk from the station with the luggage, but they have the mountain bike to borrowed for free

It was very cute and homely.

Very cosy and warm. We had a car so was fine for us to get around. If you don’t have a car you would need to look into shuttle busses.

Could use more cooking utensils, like pots and pans. Beds a bit hard for us.

Clean and Tidy

They don't serve breakfast until 8.15. If you are a keen skier this is not the place for you to stay if you want breakfast. Also the common area is shut between 8 pm at night and 8:15 am when they serve breakfast. This includes the drying room. Once again if you are a skier and want your gear dried, you will not be able to access it until this area opens. The common area also needs a couple of couches so that you can relax somewhere outside the modest sized rooms. There are a large number of table and chairs that occupy the dining space which are never fully utilised. The kitchen is also not open every day. Nice staff and clean and tidy, but I would not go back because I am a keen skier. Early starts get fresh tracks.
