The staff was pretty friendly and helpful the entire time, and the hotel's breakfast was also very varied and nutritious. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was pretty quiet most of the time. You could rarely hear sounds outside.
The lack of room service, the bathroom amenities were really not good. The soap provided by the hotel does not clean your body properly, and neither did the shampoo. The shower was also not entirely clean, I noticed a patch that had some mold on it.

The hotel was up to date and it smelled good, the rooms were clean and spacious.
Also the location was great, right in Usaquén
There wasn't an open bar in the lobby, which wasn't a big deal, considering that there are plenty in the neighborhood.
