Great staff, fast room service, the most delicious breakfast, there was a big variety of food and very delicious 😋
The pillow was not comfortable and the bed was hard, i hope they will fix these issues soon.

I like the location, rooms are big and clean, facilities as they have Saleh swimming pool gym and everything is available till late at night, also is very safe. I was leaving money on the table all the time everything was there when I checked out

The location is amazing. great breakfast spread. Pool and spa are nice. Room was big.
The whole place felt very run down. I've stayed at 3 star hotels in Erbil which are comparable. Bathrooms very old, showers go between hot and cold. Curtains torn. Everything just felt very very run down. Not good value for money.
