Room: - very clean - spacious - for the room of 3 we also had a really nice balcony - had everything that we needed - clean towels everyday - there is a fridge in the main area that you can use Host: Marco was absolutely amazing. He contacted us on the day of the arrival and welcomed us a bit earlier than our check in time. He told us how to reach Rome from Fiumicino with the best option available. He was there whenever we needed something and he replied very fast to our messages. There isn't anything negative I could say about him, 10/10 host. Breakfast: Classic Italian breakfast: pastry(sweet), yoghurt, coffee, something sweet and some shared pie. There is also the option of milk & cereals. In the kitchen there is a section with sweets that you can take any time. Location: I would say the location is pretty good. There are few buses that connects you to the city center almost in front of the accommodation. Additionally, the metro station is pretty close as well - I would say around 10 mins away, red line - Aurelia. (we mainly took the bus as it was really well connected. There is a small neighborhood shop at the ground floor of the apartment building and 2 supermarkets just about 5-10 mins away - Eurospin & Conad. The neighborhood seemed pretty quiet, nothing out of the ordinary. I strongly recommend that you choose this accommodation if you're visiting Rome, very good price-value.

Just a FYI, I wouldn't consider this feedback negative, but the breakfast contains mainly sweet things as this is the breakfast culture in Italy, so have this in mind. We were not really used to eating sweet in the morning, but I wouldn't say it bothered us much/created any discomfort.

A wonderful trip, and Marco made all the difference. He was in touch and happy to help from the moment we booked, and he gave us everything we needed for a stress-free journey, both from Ciampino Airport and into town. We felt genuinely looked after the whole time. Our room was spotless, with a really comfortable mattress, a lovely bathroom and a spacious balcony, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast is on the sweet side, and it was always fresh and ready for us. The kitchen is shared, but that never got in the way of a relaxed breakfast. Getting around was easy too: the metro is a straight 8–10 minute walk away, and travelling to and from the centre of Rome was hassle-free. Neat, clean and welcoming. I'd recommend it without hesitation, and we'll definitely be back!

Localização muito boa! Há paragens de auto carro em frente ao hotel. O anfitrião é muito simpático, prestativo e atencioso! Com certeza irei me hospedar novamente quando voltar a Itália.
