Location was excellent and room cleaning was very good. Room was very nice and enjoyed the balcony.
Fell on stairs as automatic lighting failed to come on. Problem resolved quickly by hosts.
Rather too many rules which was a bit off putting when we first arrived.

The location to the old town and the staff were really helpful.
I think the pictures are a bit misleading, there is a road directly in front of the property which is noisy. There claims to be soundproofing but we could hear people outside next to the room, above us in the room above and outside in reception in the morning. Maybe a door blocking off the noise from reception may help. The breakfast that is included is limited, 1 coffee, 1 pastry, 1 juice. No other options for fruit, or gluten free. In our room we had a glass toilet door, we are married but there are some things that are private! With the supplied coffee - no milk supplied and no kettle for none coffee drinkers.

The location was great; very close to two beaches and close walking into the old town. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the smaller beach and the Porto Rosso bar and restaurant. Also the little cafe called Elite was perfect for breakfast and paninis for lunch! The rooftop terrace had plenty of sun loungers and a small spa also overlooking the beach .
Honestly nothing. Claudio and Mary were friendly, helpful and very welcoming each time we arrived back. If I messaged him he replied promptly and helped organise a shuttle to the airport! Excellent driver as well!

Location was excellent and it was well appointed
I think that a four PM check in is way too late. Also small plastic cups for the coffee is so inappropriate
Communication with the landlord was also difficult when asking for something we needed.
