Loved the hotel.
Parking available right in front of the hotel. We were traveling with an 86 year old with mobility issues so it was wonderful to have a spot nearby.
The receptionists are an absolute marvel for this hotel. I hope the owners realize what gems and professionals they have. 5 stars especially to the 2 ladies.
The rooms are very well decorated and personal and beautifully cleaned and maintained.
TV works per as does the aircon and we were so happy to have a balcony/varanda and could open the windows to admire the view.
Various places to est around the hotel and the hotel has a lovely snack bar on thd ground floor.
Very good breakfast included in the price.
We liked it so much that we will return again and again.
Beautiful poetry from the poet José Régio used within the design.

Good location. Friendly staff. Pleasant breakfast.
The bed is not very comfortable, as well as the pillows. I got a very noisy room - too much noise in the street at night.

"The room was incredible. The choice of pillows allowed me to find "just right". Location close to bus station and near tourist sites."
