The Food was excellent! The Staff Service during breakfast was exceptional.

Breakfast, room, service, ambience, location all perfect. Imposing facade.

The noise from the square outside, going on till early morning for the 3 consecutive nights we were there. There was some kind of festival.

The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of choices and delicious food. The kitchen staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, and you can easily walk to everywhere.

The hotel check-in time at 15:00 is quite late. There was a queue during check-in, and we asked 4–5 times, but the rooms were still not ready. We were only able to get the keys at 15:30. In the spa area and around the pools on the 4th floor, the paint on the ceilings was peeling off. Although the floors were occasionally cleaned by the staff, the area was not properly maintained. Unfortunately, the saunas were always cold. The space is very small, and there is no staff member constantly available to assist guests. We could not find anyone to make a massage appointment. Overall, I think the facilities feel outdated and need renovation.
