•Beautiful natural island — spacious, lush, green, with lovely white-sand beaches. •House reef — beautiful snorkeling opportunities and marine life to explore. •Excellent housekeeping — Ali and Esmile went out of their way to make the room cozy and ensure it was completely dark for sleeping. •Professional water sports team — Sotti and Shaah were helpful and made exploring the house reef easy and enjoyable. •Active wellness and sports options — frequent yoga classes, paddleboarding, kayaking, aqua classes and a pickleball court. •Daily entertainment — DJ performances, saxophonist, movies under the stars and Ocean Discovery Night. •Pool Bar and Haali Bar — great cocktail spots with a lovely atmosphere and welcoming, friendly staff. •Island coffee shop — the only decent coffee, especially Grace’s double-shot iced shaken coffee.

•Limited food variety (6.5/10) — breakfast, lunch and dinner options felt restricted, with some evenings being particularly repetitive. •Disappointing steak-night experience — the beef brisket portion was very small, the serving staff member seemed unhappy when I asked for more, and I was later told it had run out despite a large piece still being visible. •Coffee quality — Americano and cappuccino were quite bitter at most outlets. •Inconsistent restaurant service — some staff at Faru Restaurant could have been more welcoming and attentive. •Poor communication about activities — yoga on paddleboards was suspended until further notice, but the hotel did not inform me beforehand despite your prior WhatsApp communication and specific interest. •Insufficient buggy service — only two buggies on the island, with just one operating during the day. •Long buggy waiting times — around 15 minutes waiting, followed by another 5–15 minutes for the ride, even when destinations were only about a five-minute walk away.

Only thing about the spa we couldn’t find directly an appointment. But later they were very supportive and they have managed to book an appointment at the last day our vacation

We liked everything there. Most important for me, all workers are very friendly and always smiling. I felt like a FAMILY. Second, location is premium, food is excellent, and activities are so good and plenty. Suitable for families, couples, and friends groups. We had two bookings: first beach villa then water villa. Activities we did: glass boat trip, dolphin trip, banana boat trip, kayaking, playing games, swing in the water near Hali bar, observing the sunset from Hali bar, pizzeria, Battuta restaurant is the best 😋 food is delicious and the team there is excellent. Coconut 🥥 drink. The manager is everywhere and smiles and speaks to people. The chefs Mr. Idris and Mr. Amr (Egyptian chef) were so friendly and caring. They ensured middle eastern food is available for us and the other two families from the MENA region. Receptionist is helpful, I had two important zoom calls and the IT was available and ensured fast uninterrupted connection in our villa. IT was knowledgeable enough to fix my iPhone which stoped working due to water. The jet ski driver was very skillful and took care of us during the banana trip meeting our expectations since we were a bit afraid. We want to thank everyone and we will come soon again many times.

Shuttle busses need to increase by two as the waiting time is long. No non alcoholic package option as I felt I’m charged high for something not needed. Departure organizing and information, no one called us about the flight details, have to ask, no one told us about bag collection time, so all of a sudden they knocked the door asking us to leave as the plane is arriving early, then we have waited long for three people as the resort having their staff leaving as well but the cane at their convenient time so we had to cane out from the plane again waiting for them.
