Place is very close to the waterfront, literally 100m down the stairs. We had a ground floor apartment, it was very nice temperature, during day open door kept the place feeling nice and brezzy. Lady who took care of apartment brought towels everyday, and offered spare ones. Kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs, shopping location was either 3 min on foot (limited supply ) or 10 min by car to closes supermarket with everything. Car access and parking were excellent, literally unpacked bags from trunk to from porch. Small sitting area in front of the apartment offered very nice sunrise position. Location is far away from busy tourists places, beach could get a bit busy but nothing crowded, rental places for water sports were always available.

Little nick pick, we had issue with TV, it kept hanging op on start screen, and during our multiple days stay, it was not resolved. Not that we needed it to be honest as there was so much to do. But still keeping TV operational ain't rocket science :).

The position is fantastic, in front of the sea. The place is very well furnished.

It was stunning. The view from my door was spectacular. The housekeeping staff was so friendly and lovely. The restaurant on the property, Petrino Aquarius had incredible food and the staff became my family very quickly. Such incredible people. The beach climb across from the restaurant was also amazing. This beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. I loved my days in town which is about 25 minutes drive away, but I loved not being in the high-traffic at all times. Kalafatis is where you go to relax in luxury. And it was a 12/10 for me.

I loved everything about the property.

Location was amazing Restaurant (Aquarius) just below apartments and staff were also amazing

The kitchenette in a cupboard looked like it had been there since 1920 and the shower was too small and not wall mounted.
