Sumberwatu Heritage Resort

This hotel was absolutely incredible and we can’t wait to return. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are amazing, the restaurant is brilliant and offers a huge variety of food, and all the staff were amazing. The location is really peaceful and secluded but close to the temples. We loved every minute.

we are 10 pax, they calm, clear and confident, ours was mini bus too narrow if any other vehicle is coming other side… it was coordinated between driver, hotel reception and security staff… making that seamless to customer is kind of satisfaction to us! consideration on vegetarian menu is accepted by their front desk with consultation backend with chef… each and everything in this stay is smooth and enjoyable

nothing, there’s snacks & juice at reception however I would appreciate if you have water dispenser as well :)

This place is truly extraordinary! I am usually a fussy traveller but everyone and everything was exceptional. The territory of the hotel is like a sanctuary. The view is extraordinary, room is very comfortable and proximity to Prambanan is great. And the value for money is very good. My friend and I were very impressed. Special mention to two male receptionist- Abi and Arif(??) Sorry if misspelled their names. And Robert and Sepal at the restaurant- very attentive waiting staff. And the singer you had on our first night- what a talented young man with great voice!! Attached photos are from the hotel territory. Tip: wake up early and see the sunrise from the hotel’s viewing platform. Also, two good restaurants 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel - unexpectedly very cool and chic.

I did not like one thing related to the horses’ keeping condition and flagged it to reception staff. My concern was addressed at once with immediate permanent solution . I appreciated it and I know horses will do too.🙏

The only peoblem i had is with the shower head at room 218. It was stucked and i have to take a shower in the tub. Since i only need to stay for a night, it's a small hiccup. HOWEVER, none can beat the hospitality, the overall comfort and the no-money-can-buy view from the beautiful compound. Would i stay for another night? In a heartbeat, major yes.
