Excellent breakfast, comfortable bedroom. Very good location. Nice staff.
The carpet is old and dirty. I could not park under the hotel as there was no system to book, and it was full.
When they advertised "parking facilities," they should have added "IF YOU'RE LUCKY"

Rooms are clean, fresh, and modern. Reception were happy to store our bags. Air conditioning in the room worked great, even in July. The tram stop outside made it useful for exploring the local area east of alexanderplatz
We stayed on a busy weekend, so items at breakfast ran out quickly and took a while to restock.

Room size was good with comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet. Breakfast was good hot and cold buffet although was extremely busy with limited places to sit when busy. Location convenient for Alexanderplatz and access to S and U-Bahn (10 mins walk).
Although advertised as having parking (and this was the reason for us choosing this hotel), only about 25 un-reservable car spaces (including disabled and EV charging) for approximately 340 guest rooms. Hotel should be much clearer about basically having no parking on site.
Bathroom is effectively a wet room but has zero places to hang any dry clothes to change into after a shower.
No plug for sink - wastes water.
Room was not serviced during a 2-day stay.
