The property was nicely located close to DAL lake and other attractions.
The taste of the food needs to improve by ITC standards.
As their were not many guest that were present they had no Buffet dinner, so had to order the food.
The food came quickly but taste wise we felt that they just prepared everything in a hurry while compromising on the taste of the food.

You get what you pay for, Hotel looks tired and aged, what is communicated should be delivered afterall this is basic hospitality, I was at Heevan to celebrate my birthday exactlyon the dat, was promised a cake on our watsup communication but sadly the hotel forgot to honor it, many executive staff just greeting but not practicing hospitality and service. Good gym but unfriendly staff
Hospitality, service, followup and unfriendly
