Hvoll Hostel

Very clean hostel, with big and fully equiped kitchens. Shared area was very big and they even had board games that you can play. Great experience.

The environment is just great . Plenty of stars at sky and we were lucky to see a Northern lights . In this part of Iceland is very difficult to find any accommodation, so if you enjoy to be with other people then this is a great place to meet people and talk to them . You have a private room which is very simple, clean. An atmosphere is great due to many people here and it looks little bit like an Auberge accommodation at Camino de Santiago de Compostela .

This is a modern hostel with a large dining area and well equipped kitchens, catering for large groups as well as smaller parties. Our room was surprisingly clean and spacious with a sink but toilets and showers were shared. Its in a very remote area (but great dark skies), so you need to bring all food and drink with you (they did sell frozen pizzas - but we didn't try them).

Nothing for this kind of hostel.

Lovely remote location , very clean

Extremely basic Hostel, was expensive for what was offered
