Great staff, the lady helped me organise my day and all the activities i wanted to do. Parking spot available, close to the falls, big common area, bar, restaurant and swimming pool

The location was good, the communal facilities were pleasant - especially the pool. The bed was comfortable and large.
The electricity was off for more than 24 hours and we were unable to use any PowerPoints

The location is good. The facilities like the swimming pool, the restaurant and the bar are great. There is hot shower.
The toilets are a bit worn out but actually clean.

Staff was very helpful. They helped us with the activities, getting a taxi, plug adapter. The atmosphere of the common area was nice with the pool and the games. Location is also quite good, close to the city center, falls and a supermarket.
The place was sooo outdated. It definitely requires some renovation. It seemed clean but all the linen was worn out, the door wasn't closing properly (always a small gap even when locked), the plugs were not working. There was constant power cut (probably generic in the area), but the generator was probably not sufficient to power everything, so not everything in the room was powered at the same time. Overall, we were quite disappointed.
