The location is very close to the airport. The free shuttle was a welcome gesture. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff, managerial (especially Ms Chui) , housekeeping, reception and restaurant were very helpful, polite and cheerful. They went out of their way to look after us. We felt like VIPs. We had asked for a room with facilities for a wheelchair bound elder person. The hotel had given us a fabulous room with all senior facilities. They even gave a wheelchair for in house use. The dining was really great. Breakfast options were a true gourmet spread and we enjoyed every meal. A truly memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Arrangement at breakfast counters was bit funny. Took longer time to find out the food of choice and took many go rounds in the area.
Considering the Coimbatore city & its growth I found it little expensive. There are other choices at better prices.
