La ubicación excelente, muy cerca a la playa, supermercados, farmacias, parroquia, panaderías!

Location was great, manager was very friendly and accommodating, price was very reasonable. We didn't use any of the amenities, but they looked nice. The unit was good for us three, and was spacious with a small balcony and a dining table.

The microwave didn't work, and the shower could have been cleaned better.

Great location, spacious apartment, very friendly and helpful host.

two beds are comfortable. aircon works well. showers are great.

refrigerator is quit old and leaking. kitchen requires a match to start the fire. no match is provided. Leaking water. no paper towel, no dish washing liquid, … bathroom design makes impossible to wash face. a coffee stand’s leg is broken and causes issue. the unit facing the street is not for sleeping. the bar opens almost 24 hours. the party goes now to 3am EVERY night and early morning traffic starts at 5am. “apartmentos Cartagena” is the apt name but not the building name hard to find it. the lobby didn’t know the room # and requested me to contact the owner, who was busy and no answers to the call or text had to wait and wait. check in requires $5000 pesos, paying by credit card added extra 5%. the payment is in CASH ONLY. I didn’t read it carefully during the reservation. luckily I had enough USD cash but had to exchange it and find a Bancolombia office in the city to deposit. in short, many surprises i never had before from booking.com offerings.
