When arriving at the hotel the reception staff were very welcoming and Thankyou so much to Radhwan for the best hospitality and welcoming to the hotel.The room was beautiful spacious and very clean Thankyou to kafia and her team for making the room look wonderful and working at professional standards I slept very well. The entertainment team Marko and his team were the best team I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel very attentive and keeping you entertained throughout our stay they work very hard all day to keep guests looked after. Pool bar staff couldn’t do more for you drinks brought to the subbed and very friendly especially anis and Adam who work so hard throughout the day.. the pizza at the snack bar was delicious and well cooked . The main restaurant was full of delicious food with wide variety and I want to say that ayed was a brilliant asset to the team making sure we had food and drink for dinner. All in all I had a fabulous time at this wonderful hotel and I will be returning in 2 months Thankyou to everyone who made our team

Everything was fine ,

Very clean and staff continusly clean throughout the day. Washrooms exceptionally clean. Special thanks to Mr Ashraff, Hamza & Mr Mohamed at reception. Staff really make you feel welcomed. Every simgle staff is helpful, friendly & welcoming. Staff will help you before you even ask for example if you run out of drinks at your table they will be there to top up before you have to look for them. Extremely well Managed place! All they want is for guests to be comfortable & happy. We experienced that! We stayed as a family & everyone is v happy.
