Very nice and clean and reception staff are really nice.
You need a better system for the housekeeping team. Aș and the day of departure at 8:30 am the housekeeping know on my door despise having a DND sign on the door and check out being 12 pm. As I travel by myself this wasn’t quite right as he wanted to enter in the room to see if is the room is empty. As the check out is done at the desk I think you can keep track of the check out rooms.

The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good. The hotel is not in the center but at the feet of the tram stop.
The only thing I missed was a desk in the room.

Hotel is located a bit away from city center and is quiet. There is no much traffic around. At the same time you are very close to city's main attraction provided you travel by car/taxi.
Room is average, modern and is okay if you are traveling on budget. For a family of 3 it would be a bit small. Room service is not something we were used to in other places.

Well connected by Tram
In name of eco friendly hospitality half of the basic facilities are reduced or withdrawn. NIU brand should not practice eco friendliness at expense of charging €150-160 per night to customers. We live IHG but hated the NIU concept
